Active FX Hair Removal

Active Fx hair removal is a hi-tech way of removing hair. Other options for removing unwanted hair, which are nauseating, are sharp razors, burning wax and even some other smelly hair removal cream.

How Active FX Works

There is a visible light from the flash lamp which is guided through the glass prism to the hair area. Pigment that is contained in the hair absorbs light and directly converts it to heat. Then this heat is led via the hair, directly into to the hair follicle and is destroyed and consequently rendered useless in producing fresh and new hair.

Advantages of Active FX

Active Fx hair removal/treatment only uses light to remove those hairs so you no longer want or need anything else. It is pleasing to note that this process is absolutely safe and contains no side effects what so ever.

This process is painless and the treatment itself is quite fast. It does not select skin type. What this means is that you can comfortably use to treat any type of skin and the result is always a silky smooth skin feeling.

If you are in these categories of people, the laser is suitable for you:

A. Skin types from dark to pale, dry, oily, and even very sensitive types of skins

B. Can you say that your lifestyle is busy and actively engaged?

C. Do you want to improve your skin texture without any risk?

D. Or you just want to look good and beautiful without much effort

Then you must consider a laser treatment.

What is the routine of the treatment or how many treats do you need?

When going for an Active Fx hair removal treatment, you need to consider your hair type as well. Your age, weight, ethnicity, diet, hormones, previous and present medication and metabolism all contribute to your hair’s thickness.

The area you wish to be treated for is a first consideration when you think of the number of treatments you will need for the best results and long term benefits.

Between 3 – 4 more treatments may be required, on an interval of 1- 3 months because some follicles may have entered their growth cycles after the initial treatment. Now, this is very important: if you use laser hair removal, it definitely reduces and slows down the growth capacity of follicles in the hair cycle at the very time the hair is being treated.

Is Active Fx Painful?

I am saying this from experience, no pain reliever or killer is required while undergoing Active Fx treatment. Have you ever had a rubber snapped on your skin before? That is the most type of discomfort you may get. But can this be called pain or discomfort? NO.

Is there any need for any kind of precaution before and after an Active Fx treatment?

There is absolutely no precaution needed for the laser treatment. Read it again. The light is completely harmless. Just make sure that your earlier removed hair 4 or 5 weeks before undergoing treatment. This will serve one purpose: many follicles as possible must have contained hair and these are destroyed by light.

The skin will absorb the heat and make the treatment less effective if you allow your skin to tan. Remember that tanning is a result of accumulation of melanin in the skin. Try as much as possible to make sure that your skin did not tan during or even before an Active Fx treatment season.

It is also advisable to use sunscreen that contains SPF 20 for a few weeks after undergoing laser removal treatment. You may use a soothing cream for a few days if you have a sensitive hair type but generally, you do not require any post treatment after undergoing an Active Fx hair removal treatment.
