CHEST HAIR REMOVAL

Any body that has a passion for fashion and beauty would at some point or the other practice hair chest removal. This art has a special way of beautifying the skin. When it is done properly, the chest appears glossy and smooth. It is no wonder therefore why models and body builders make it a priority. Ladies engage in it also, due to its skin enhancing feature.

There are a variety of ways in which chest hair removal can be done. They include laser and electrolysis, hair removal creams, waxing and shaving. The later ones can be done by oneself at home, and they are repeated periodically.

The first ones are professionally handled in hi-tech salons. They are also meant to prevent further growth hair of the treated area which in this case is the chest. Minor trimming is very important before staring out on any of the above mentioned ways.

Shaving

A cheap and fast way of chest hair removal is shaving, which is mostly viewed as the conventional way of hair removal. But the issue with shaving is that it has to be repeated after a few days. Though, this depends on individual hair growth speed which varies from one person to another.

Shaving can leave cuts on the skin and occasional irritations can occur. It is advised that the skin is moistened and 3minutes before shaving, the cream is applied. Also ensure that blades are always available and new ones are used for each shave.

For best results, less force is required when shaving. Be sure to shave opposite hair directions (up and down), this ensures general smoothness and it is also a good way to check minor irritations that might crop up after shaving the chest area.

Waxing

In chest hair removal, waxing is another popular method used. It has some advantages over shaving as it lasts longer and appears smoother. Waxers can be found in almost every cosmetic shop. Sugaring is another option to waxing and is also very common.

Because the nipple region is sensitive, tweezers are used to nib the hair individually. Tweezing is time consuming, and needs extra hands when used.

Depilatory Creams

Depilatory creams are also a common means of chest hair removal. It works by acting as a solvent to hair protein, which enables the easy washing off of hair from the surface of the skin. They are relatively cheap and user friendly. But, this method does not last long.

Quite new in the various techniques of hair removal is the laser. It is fast, and provides a lifelong solution to unwanted hairs. This might be the reason for its expensive nature. Multiple treatments are needed within 7 or 14 days in order for you to have that perfect chest hair removal session.
