FDA Approved Since 1995

It was until recently that people started using laser for hair removal and that was not until FDA gave its approval in 1995. But initially, there used to be problems using these laser treatments.

The intensity of the light was usually too high and it caused skin inflammation so because of that, lasers were removed from the market. But later in 1997, the laser hair removal training was developed, and institutes and clinics started to appear, and also with highly trained staffs and modern equipments to go with the exercise.

In today’s market, people still question the aspect whether a physician should be the one handling laser hair removal treatment all the time or the student should be allowed to practice and finish laser treatments already started by the doctor.

Though in these schools there are special training courses and this does not involve too much supervision from a supervisor or the person in charge.

Become Fully Certified

But clients and patients prefer professionals so that the student should fully pass through proper training in order to become a professional before handling people’s skins.

Remember that the main aim of the training program is to properly put the student through so that he/she would be able to perform this treatment independently.

Also the student in question should be able to use the equipments to the satisfaction of the customer.

As you can clearly see from the above information, you need all the proper training before going into the business of laser hair removal.
